In order to further invigorate this spirit, and being cognizant of the needs and apathies of the Judges and Staff members, in special reference to their social living, Honorable the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court deputed a Judicial Officer amongst the sitting District & Sessions Judges as Additional Registar, Legislation and Welfare. The principle task assigned is to revitalize the Housing Society of the High Court and District Judiciary employees. In this way an avenue for better social living conditions may be ensured, which would directly reflect upon their efficiency. In this regard the letter no. 1960-2009/B&A Dated Peshawar the 2-4-08 of the Registrar is reproduced hereunder for ready reference:-
