Note :

1. Every Sunday Shall be a Holiday.
2. The Public Holidays on account of Eid - ul - Fiter, Eid - ul - Azha, Ashura & Eid Milad - un - Nabi will be subject to the appearance of moon as per decision of the central Ruet - e - Hilal committee which may be announced on information media.
3. The dates of long vacations of the peshawar High Court & District Judiciary will be notified later on.
4. 24th december, 2010 to 8th January, 2011 shall be winter holidays for Hon'ble Judges of Peshawar High Court, Peshawar
5. 24th December, 2010 to 1st January , 2011 shall be winter holidays for staff of Peshawar High Court and all the subordinate courts in the N.W.F.P.
